- Coconut and pandan are the stars of our new Pandan Kaya Mille Crêpes (June-July). Made with layers of delicate crêpes, kaya cream, and a rich pandan kaya custard, this dessert is topped with a glossy pandan-infused glaze and a dusting of coconut flakes for the perfect finishing touch.
- Passion Fruit Mille Crêpes (June-October) Layers of handmade French crêpes paired with passion fruit pastry cream. Tart and elegant, made complete with a passion fruit glaze and edible passion fruit seeds.
- Simply put, Lady M’s Gateau Fromage is bliss in a bite. This classic cheesecake is whisper soft and baked golden. Creamy, decadent, and paired with a buttery shortbread crust. It will be hard to return to ordinary cheesecakes after this one.
